PDP 2025 — A TURNING POINT For more than three years, I experienced underemployment and took on various roles far from my academic background. Although my career path was not straightforward, it eventually led me to PDP 2025 by Iltizam Ekuinas, which became a major turning point in my professional journey. Throughout the program, I received training and exposure in corporate communication, leadership, presentation, business etiquette, teamwork, problem-solving, professional development, and workplace readiness. More importantly, PDP instilled the HARAP values (Humble, Agile, Resilient, Professional, and Adab) which shaped how I approach challenges and conduct myself professionally.

The on-the-job training at Al-Ikhsan allowed me to apply these skills in a real corporate environment while gaining practical exposure to sales support, stakeholder coordination, reporting, data analysis, event activation, and digital sales. PDP helped me transform the experiences I had accumulated into marketable corporate skills, giving me the confidence and foundation to pursue a clearer career path. Today, from logistics, fitness, and delivery to Sales Support at Al-Ikhsan and now international Customer Service at Hapag-Lloyd, I can see how every chapter has contributed to where I am. I am grateful to PDP by Iltizam Ekuinas for giving me the platform, training, and guidance to turn an uncertain journey into a clearer one.
