Founded in 2015 from a modest 5 by 3 foot kitchen, MummyRQ Sdn Bhd began with a mother’s mission to provide wholesome, halal baby food for families. What started as homemade meals has grown into Groomy, a flagship halal baby food brand enjoyed by families across Malaysia and international markets.

A significant turning point came when MummyRQ participated in the ILTIZAM Catalyst Programme by Ekuinas. Through mentorship and strategic guidance, the programme strengthened the company’s leadership, business strategy, operational discipline and roadmap for sustainable growth.

Today, MummyRQ operates from a 16,000 square foot manufacturing facility equipped with its own Quality Laboratory and Innovation Laboratory, developing innovative halal food products that meet high standards of quality and food safety.

Looking ahead, MummyRQ aspires to bring Groomy to families in more than 30 countries by 2030, representing Malaysian innovation and halal quality on the global stage.
