Klinik Allevia

Formerly known as Klinik Rakan Medik, Klinik Allevia is a 24-hour clinic owned by Habib Bakri Healthcare. They offer comprehensive general practice and minor surgery services, specialising in emergency care, wound care, pregnant lady, paediatrics and Occupational Health. Recognising the need for growth and development, Klinik Allevia embarked on a journey by participating in the ILTIZAM Catalyst programme in 2022.

As doctors, we were so focused on operations and day-to-day services that we overlooked the importance of proper business management. Through this programme, we gained awareness of the need to manage our clinic efficiently in order to thrive,” expressed Dr. Habib Bakri, the clinic’s owner.

Coming from a background in medical services, the management team at Klinik Allevia also recognised their lack of creative skills. The programme’s assistance in branding and digital automation proved to be extremely beneficial. Leveraging the learnings, they successfully automated various clinic processes and rebranded their clinic from Klinik Rakan Medik to Klinik Allevia.
