For nearly six decades, Wau Tradisi has carried the flavours of traditional East Coast Malay cooking from one generation to the next. Founded by Mr Adnan in 1967, the Kota Bharu-based business is now led by Mr Anazim and Mr Azahan, continuing a family legacy built on recipes passed down through generations.

As the business entered its next chapter, Wau Tradisi needed a clearer approach to long-term planning and decision-making.
