The ILTIZAM PDP is a 12-month programme that provides qualified Bumiputera graduates with a one-year job placement as Graduate Associates at Ekuinas, our portfolio companies and partner companies. Besides on-the-job learning and training, structured training modules will expose graduates to relevant knowledge, personal development, technical competencies and soft skills which are critical to compete and succeed in the workplace. ILTIZAM Education Fund provides financial assistance to Bumiputera students studying at institutions under Ekuinas’ education group, particularly those that come from underprivileged backgrounds who excel academically but face financial challenges.
In support of the Malaysian marine sector and to address the shortages of Bumiputera senior officers in the industry, we sponsor deserving Bumiputera employees from Ekuinas’ portfolio companies namely Icon Offshore Berhad (ICON) and Orkim Sdn Bhd (Orkim), to undergo various levels of training at Akademi Laut Malaysia (ALAM).
